Mr. Rahman completed his Honor's and Master's degrees in English from National University, Bangladesh, a foundation that enabled him to excel in various professional roles. His career spans across education and leadership, having served as Vice Principal of Queens School and College, and as Acting Principal at Monno International College and Principal at South Asian Scholars' School & College. These positions allowed him to refine his management skills and develop a deep understanding of academic leadership. Additionally, Mr. Rahman served as an Examiner for NTRCA and as a Columnist for the national newspaper Daily Jonokontho, expanding his influence in education and public discourse.
